1. General rules

1.1 These rules regulate the relations between the guest house “Kartoshkino” and clients – citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens, stateless persons, and legal entities when carrying out hotel activities.

1.2 Registration of accommodation in the guest house is carried out on the basis of presentation of identity documents (passport or other identity document, in accordance with the established procedure, birth certificate for children under 14 years of age).

1.3 Check-in time is from 12:00 to 22:00. Check-out time is until 11:00

1.4 The price includes parking, WI-FI.

1.5 Guests who do not live in the guest house can visit the territory from 12:00 to 22:00 with mandatory registration with the hotel administrator. The use of some services is charged additionally.

1.6 We remind you that the area of the Ugra National Park adjacent to the guest house is a protected area and is protected by the state. In this regard, while relaxing in the park, it is forbidden to build a campfire, leave garbage and tear plants.

1.7 Pets are not allowed.

2.Booking Conditions

2.1 Pre-booking gives you the opportunity to choose a room.

2.2 Reservations are made through the website of the guest house, through booking sites (booking.com , ostrovok.ru , 101otel and others).

2.3 For a guaranteed reservation, an advance payment of 100% of the cost of the entire stay prior to arrival is required. 

3. Cancellation of pre-booking and refund of previously paid amounts

3.1 If the Guest cancels the reservation more than 3 days before arrival, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded to the guest. If the Guest cancels the reservation less than 3 days before arrival, the 50% prepayment will be refunded to the guest. If the Guest cancels the reservation less than 24 hours before arrival, the guest will be charged a 100% prepayment fee.

3.2. If the Guest has booked a stay at a “Non-refundable Rate”, the funds will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled at any time.

4. Hotel service fees

4.1 Payment for services is made in Russian rubles, in cash at the cash desk of the guest house, using an international or national card (debit or credit), or by transfer to a bank account;

4.2 In case of non-receipt of funds to the current account of the guest house (when paying by bank transfer), the Guest is obliged to pay for his stay in cash.

4.3 The fee for accommodation in the guest house is charged according to the approved price list. In case of delayed check-out or early check-in, the payment for accommodation is charged in the following order:

Check-in before 12:00 is possible if the guest house has available rooms of the appropriate category.;

Check-out from 12:00 to 20:00 is charged at the rate of 50% of the room rate.

4.4 The administration guarantees the guests' stay in the guest house during the paid period of time. The extension of the stay in the guest house is subject to availability of rooms by informing the reception service of the guest house.

4.5 In case of early departure of the guest from the guest house, the remaining amount for the stay is non-refundable.

5. For security reasons, it is not allowed in the guest house:

• boil a kettle in the room;


• leave unauthorized persons in the room and give them room keys;


• store flammable materials and weapons;


• accommodation with animals;


• smoking in the premises of the guest house and on its territory;


• stay in the guest house under the influence of alcohol or drugs;


• disturbing the peace of other guests;


• to change the interior, remove and rearrange furniture from the room;


• remove dishes and dining items from the kitchen.

6. Residents must:

• when leaving the room, close water taps, windows, turn off lights and electrical appliances;


• strictly observe the rules of fire safety;


• to compensate for damages in case of loss, damage or damage to the property of the guest house. 


• when vacationing with children, he will take care of their safety. Do not leave children alone in the room or on the territory of the guest house;


• be responsible for the actions of invited guests;


• pay for all services provided by the guest house on time and in full;


• after the expiration of the established period of stay, vacate the room, hand over the key to the administrator of the accommodation service;


• if the guest has not vacated the room, has not extended his stay and is absent from the room without being able to contact him promptly, the administration of the guest house has the right to make an inventory of his property located in the room and vacate the room. 


• Ensure that the guest house staff has access to the room during your stay to carry out routine cleaning and bed linen changes.


• notify the administration of the guest house in case of malfunction of appliances, furniture and lighting.

7. Rights and obligations of the parties:

• the guest house, subject to these rules, guarantees the Guest the right to use the services provided by the guest house;


• the guest assumes obligations to pay for the services provided by the guest house;


• the guest house is not responsible for the operation of urban communications;


• all complaints and suggestions are recorded in the book of reviews and suggestions at the reception and accommodation service;


• in case of non-compliance with the above rules, the administration has the right to evict the guest ahead of schedule. The perpetrators may be brought to administrative responsibility.
